Venessa is originally from Cuero, TX where she was born and raised. She received her Associate's degree in Nursing at Austin Community College in 2014.
She later received her Bachelor's of science in Nursing and later Master's of science in nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington. She is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She practiced as a registered nurse for 7 years prior to becoming a nurse practitioner.
Venessa practiced at a sports and family medicine clinic for 2.5 years prior to joining the practice. She enjoys learning about her patients, discussing their goals and working with them to achieve their goals. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, tending to her plants and exercising.
