    He was very professional and friendly. He did not try to get me to have surgery when PT would suffice. All the staff were trained and friendly. The nurse that fitted me with the brace certainly knew what she was doing and explained it to me and my husband. Later I had a question and they asked his assistant to answer my question. All had plenty of time for me.
